So, if this is not you, this explains why you can&#8217;t change the status from &#8216;pending&#8217;. This is true even if you are the MCC of this account.<\/p>\n<p>What can you do?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If this is your client&#8217;s account, ask them to approve the access.<\/li>\n<li>If this is your account, or you have access to it, log in to the account and click on Accept &gt; Grant Access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s important you know that the only person that has permission to approve access requests is the account owner.
